"Terms for the utilization of information"

1. DEFINITION

   • “Information”:
     Text, data, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, names, logos, trade marks, service marks, any other electronic file.

   • “Domain”:
     newsbox.ch, tensid.ch

   • “Source”:
     Source is the technology that makes Information available through the Domain.

   • “Tensid”or “We”:
     Tensid AG, a company registered in Switzerland, Baar Company Number CH-170.3.024.076-5, whose Registered Address is Bahnhofstrasse 14,6340 Baar.

   • “Terms”:
     Govern your utilization of Information from the Domain.

   By continuing to use the Information you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the Terms.

   Tensid attempts to ensure Information is accurate, however Information is provided “AS IS” and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis and may not be accurate or up to date.    Tensid will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. COMPUTER VIRUSES

   Whilst we use reasonable endeavors to protect our Source from computer viruses, worms, and Trojan Horses (the “Viruses”), we do not warrant that the Source is free from such Viruses and accept no liability for any damage that may result from the transmission of any Viruses from the Source.

9. SEVERABILITY

   If these Terms or any part of them should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable under the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent that they are so illegal, invalid or unenforceable, they shall in that state or country be treated as severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining Terms shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable in that state or country.

    These Terms are subject to Swiss law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
