Tensid has connected the BX Berne eXchange to its regulatory network. By fulfilling the duty of the information obligation the Tensid Customers also fulfil all regulatory requirements of the Bern Stock Exchange. In the Interview with Tensid-Newsletter, Andreas Oberli Balli underlines Relationship Manager & Member of Issuer BX Berne eXchange: "The BX Berne eXchange has established it’s self successfully as the only alternative stock exchange in Switzerland, next to the SIX Swiss Exchange, as a cheap niche market for SMEs, as well as for real estate and investment companies. The BX is entirely under the Federal Stock Exchange which guarantees the transparency and the investor protection. The many high regulatory barriers of the international standards will be adapted to the needs of SMEs. Historically, the stock exchange was important for the economic region of Bern. The Luxembourg financial regulator CSSF recommends under the link Tensid as one of three companies to disseminate required regulatory news ("Companies specialized in the dissemination of regulated information"). That means that companies or funds, which entrust Tensid their news distribution meet all the regulatory requirements of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange simple, cheap and efficient. Pro memoria: Since autumn 2007 Tensid is with its „marCo – Market Communication Office®“the only independent Swiss company, which has been authorized by the British Financial Market Authority “Financial Services Authority FSA” as a“Regulatory Information Service." At present, only eight worldwide news services have this approval.
